Kaliningrad Region is the most western region of Russia, the land of sunny amber and the non-freezing Baltic Sea. It is an exceptional place on the map of Europe and Russia.

§     Has a rich ambiguous history of the combination of 2 cultures – Russian and European, incarnated in the numerous architectural and historical memorials as well as in the uncommon mentality of the local people

Department of Youth affairs of Ministry of Education of Kaliningrad Region is a governmental structure supposed to coordinate state youth policy in the region. It is supported by regional government and youth associations and has branches in every county area. We work in cooperation with local youth enterprises and establishments, sport associations and camps, etc.

§     “Citizen of Russia” – preservation and development of patriotism, increasing of political and lawful culture and activity based on the democracy principals.

§      “Youth initiative”– development of children and youth NGOs and establishments.

§      “Youth in work”– part-time and full-time job creation for young citizens.

§      “Asocial problem prevention” and “Healthy generation” – prophylactic treatment of asocial behavior, formation of health and family priorities, popularization of healthy way of life.

§      “Infrastructure”– support in building and maintenance of infrastructure of youth camps, campuses, youth centers, schools. In future – “House of Youth”    (with music record –studio, hostel, conference –hall, etc) and “Baltic Artek” (youth educational and cultural centre on the Baltic sea coast ).
 “International cooperation” – cooperation with youth NGO and youth governmental structures from the Baltic Sea region and all over the world.
